Bentall for a Ross procedure:
in this photo, continuation of the previous, the pulmonary artery is dissected and retracted to show the crista supraventricularis of His and the precise site of exision of the autograft. Doing this, you can dominate the roof of the right ventricular outlow tract and coagulate the vessels (if you can see any) of this particullary region. Branches of the right coronary atery (*) as this small right superior septal artery are clearly delineated.
